Exciting Opportunity: Performance Service Engineer
Are you looking for a role where you can make an impact while working with cutting-edge technology? We are searching for a Performance Service Engineer to join our Clients established team, supporting the rising demand for advanced mailroom and warehouse logistics systems in the UK.
Location: Borough of Halton, Cheshire area (must be within a commutable distance)
Shifts: Early and late shifts - weekly rotation (6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm)
Salary: £34,000 (rising to £35,000 after 6-month probation) + 15% shift allowance + overtime up to x2.5!
Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, 6% pension contribution rising to 8% following 2 years service
Your Role:
1. Carry out proactive servicing and maintenance of high-performance letter insertion and sorting equipment.
2. Utilise your technical expertise to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
3. Build strong relationships with clients on site, while ensuring excellent communication and professional service delivery.
Who You Are:
1. You have a strong Electro-Mechanical background and thrive on diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
2. You excel in customer-facing environments and can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
3. You are a proactive forward-thinker, who has experience working within fast paced, busy environments.
