Senior Customer Service Executive - Aviation
£30,000 - £35,000 DOE, Burgess Hill (Outskirts), Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm, 25 days holiday, parking, pension.
The Role
We are delighted to partner with a wonderful business in the aviation component repair sector in their search for a Senior Customer Service Executive to join their small, friendly team. Working as part of a valued team, you will play a crucial role in managing customer repairs from receipt to outgoing shipment, providing support, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information.
2. Order Management: Process customer repair orders, track progress, and keep customers updated on their order status.
3. Quotations and Documentation: Prepare and provide quotations, generate final paperwork, and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
4. Liaison: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including purchasing, workshop, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
5. Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
6. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored support.
Requirements
To be successful in the role of Senior Customer Service Executive, priority will be given to those with office-based aviation experience. You will be a proactive & customer-focused individual who thrives on building strong relationships and providing outstanding service every time. You will be confident and capable of handling multiple tasks in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. Due to the rural location, it's essential you have your own transport. This role could suit someone who has worked as an MRO Executive, MRO Team Leader, or Aviation Customer Service Advisor.

£30,000 - £35,000
Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm (2x 15-minute breaks, plus 30-minute lunch)
25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays (increasing with length of service)
