Key duties will include supporting Directors and team members with drafting job specifications, recruitment, onboarding, and appraisals. You’ll also ensure compliance with HR legislation and policies while keeping abreast of employment trends relevant to the local area and industry. Key Responsibilities Manage HR functions across the business, including recruitment, salary reviews, performance monitoring, and policy development/implementation. Oversee general office management, including travel booking, GDPR maintenance, and negotiation of utility and supply rates. Ensure health and safety compliance, attend H&S meetings, serve as the office health and safety representative, and handle issue reporting. The Candidate Proven experience as an Office Manager. HR qualifications (desirable). Strong Microsoft Office skills. Experience overseeing the recruitment process. Exceptional attention to detail. The Package The salary for this position is £35,000–£40,000 plus bonus for candidates who meet all key qualifications and competencies.
