Job Title: Resident Liaison Officer Location: East Midlands Region based at Shepshed Office Hours of Work: 40 hours per week Position Reports To: Operations Manager / Contract Manager / Site Manager What we can offer: Salary 25k to 30k per annum 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays Company Sick Pay Car Allowance Life Insurance Guaranteed Income Protection Bonus scheme (eligible after 1 years’ service) Key Roles and Responsibilities As the Resident Liaison Officer, your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to : Being the first point of contact for the residents either face to face or over the telephone Liaising with the residents on a daily basis to ensure they are happy with works being carried out /completed Travelling between multiple sites Organising and carrying out surveys, including liaising with kitchen suppliers/designers Progress reporting and management of KPI's General administration duties as the projects require.(eg manage client portals, progress reports, asbestos management, all appointments etc) Answering the telephone Diary management Office filing Working closely with Contract and Site Management Person Specification: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications, experience, and attributes: Previous experience in a similar role Great attention to detail Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills Ability to prioritise workloads and communicate well to keep all stakeholders updated Organised Reliable Work well as part of a team An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check will be carried out
