rpc UK is looking for a high:performing Corporate Business Development and Parts Executive to support a premium vehicle manufacturer, within their Aftersales Department. The candidate must be a proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (formulas, pivot tablets, data analysis), Outlook (email/calendar management, Word (document formatting, proofing), PowerPoint (presentations), and a proactive professional with experience coordinating numerous projects whilst keeping to tight deadlines and providing a first:class and focussed approach in a fast paced and diverse role.
About the role:
The Corporate Business Development and Parts Executive will be responsible for reporting, data insights, and Executive Management Summaries, supporting the Corporate Business Development Manager in delivering programs and initiatives. The role involves assisting Leasing Companies and Corporate customers with their Aftersales needs and providing project support for the Manager, Parts, Accessories and Bodyshop Development.
Daily tasks include managing ongoing projects, maintaining stakeholder engagement, tracking actions, and ensuring deadlines are met. Youll also oversee daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, ensuring timely data availability for meetings. Additionally, you will identify risks and opportunities, presenting these insights to management regularly.
The role requires strong relationship:building skills with internal and external stakeholders and experience in providing management summaries and reports to senior leadership. Knowledge of the Corporate Leasing sector in Aftersales is a plus.

About you:
Our ideal Corporate Business Development and Parts Executive will have a minimum of two years experience within automotive Aftersales operations and have very strong organisational, numerical and time management skills, along with:
* An understanding of Business Development principles and Aftersales Marketing concepts.
* Awareness of importance of Relationship / Stakeholder Management.
* Ability to demonstrate self:driven projects and initiatives and innovative Best Practices to showcase ROI successes.
* Ability to interpret and analyse data, and information from variable sources and make recommendations, identifying risks and opportunities; including Reporting dashboards, reports, etc.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Proven ability in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (formulas, pivot tablets, data analysis), Outlook (email/calendar management, Word (document formatting, proofing), PowerPoint (presentations).
* Ability to inspire people to contribute to the success of the department.
