Package: £31k OTE (Basic, Monthly Sales Bonus and Annual Company Bonus)
Are you an experienced Account Manager or Sales Executive who enjoys building relationships, achieving KPIs, and maximising revenue opportunities? We are looking for someone with strong sales and customer service skills, who can confidently manage an allocated group of existing customers, maintaining the current business, and driving revenue growth by cross-selling the additional services that DD Group offers. Working within the Healthcare Sector, you’ll be talking to Dental Practice Managers about the range of service and inspection plans we offer to ensure their specialist equipment such as X-Ray machines, Dental Chairs, and Sterilization Equipment remains operational and meets regulatory compliance standards. If you’ve already got experience within the Dental or Healthcare industries, that’s great, but don’t worry if not, as full training will be provided. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can make the role their own and bring new ideas to the table. You’ll be given the flexibility to design your own workday and are encouraged to have a voice within the team. As this role is hybrid, you’ll be able to work some days in the contact centre in Witham, and others from home.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Working on outbound campaigns and sales calls to both existing and new customers, utilising our large database of current customers, plus leads generated by other internal teams and marketing activities.
* Managing, retaining, and developing new business with existing and new customers.
* Ensuring the CRM system is updated, maintained, and consistent with accurate information and data.
* Understanding and developing personal knowledge of the products and services on offer.
* Responsible for the management, development, and performance of your account base.
* Working towards and achieving individual and company sales targets and KPIs, maximising each sales opportunity that arises.
* Attending and participating in training days and promotional vendor days.
