Requirements
Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Deliver first-line customer support, liaising with resellers, distributors, and end users ✔️ Manage customer onboarding, software setup, license management, and configurations ✔️ Monitor shared support inboxes, ticketing systems, and escalate issues where necessary ✔️ Conduct online training webinars and customer review meetings ✔️ Support administration of customer systems, including asset management and reporting ✔️ Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
