Establish robust governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, and provide tools, training, and support to enhance organisational capability. Use data-driven insights, including NHS Impact and model health tools, to challenge practices, monitor KPIs, and inform leadership decisions. Foster a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and resilience, acting as a visible leader and change agent. Represent the Trust regionally and nationally, contributing to the NHS transformation agenda. Integrate financial and workforce planning to address inefficiencies, drive sustainable improvements, and meet evolving community needs.
