Pay and Hours
Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.02 an hour; this increases to £13.15 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.
It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible and eager to hear from you.
Availability & Scheduling
The table shows preferred working times. We will schedule your hours within these windows and provide 3 weeks’ notice of shifts. We support flexibility and encourage applications even if your availability is close but not exact to our advertised times.

* Occasionally accepting deliveries into the store.
