Join us at Barclays as a Collateral Management-Prime Brokerage/Global Netting Manager. In this role you will provide critical experience and expertise to the Barclays collateral function supporting the Prime Business, contributing strongly to the day-to-day margin activity as well as the successful delivery of regulatory compliance. The Collateral and Margin teams are a key first line of defence function and this role will ensure strong delivery, control and oversight of potential risks as well as manage client service and interactions across the teams. You will partner closely with colleagues across the function as well as a diverse group of stakeholders across business and infrastructure teams. To be successful as a Collateral Management-Prime Brokerage/Global Netting Manager you should have: Experience within Collateral Management/Prime Brokerage or Industry equivalent experience. This role will be based out of London. Purpose of the role To support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution. Accountabilities Support various business areas with day-to-day initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution. Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes. Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations in operational processes. Development and implementation of operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency. Development of reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders. Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in banking operations. Participation in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
