Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Subject to Experience
Office based - Must be able to commute to various London locations
Key Responsibilities
1. CV filtering.
2. Conducting telephone interviews.
3. Confirming interview details and logging applicant’s details in the database.
4. Holding interviews for positions within the group.
5. Managing follow-up interviews and feedback.
6. Representing the company during the entire recruitment process and ensuring effective coordination of interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
7. Liaising with Hiring Managers/Directors to develop accurate and up-to-date job descriptions.
8. Building collaborative relationships with hiring managers and understanding their recruitment needs.
9. Communicating and supporting the established internal recruitment processes.
10. Advertising and marketing all vacancies on internal and external job boards and conducting active mining of internal and external candidate databases.
11. Ad hoc admin duties and support at careers fairs, events, etc.
Requirements
1. Ability to maintain confidentiality in all dealings and correspondence.
2. Self-motivated, proactive and confident.
3. Experience in a fast-paced or customer service role.
4. Ability to prioritise workload efficiently and effectively.
5. A background in Sales, Lettings or Recruitment preferred.
