We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our Creative Content Team, which encompasses both Bids and Marketing functions. Reporting directly to the Head of Creative Content, you will play a vital role in executing marketing strategies, coordinating projects, and enhancing brand visibility. This dynamic role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to multiple marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print. Collaborate with team members to develop creative briefs and ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines. Content Creation: Create, edit, and organise marketing materials, including promotional content, newsletters, and social media posts. Ensure all content is consistent, engaging, and reflective of the brand’s voice. Project Coordination: Maintain and update project trackers for marketing initiatives, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are communicated and met. Work closely with the team to gather input and coordinate contributions for marketing projects. Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies. Analyse campaign performance data and provide insights to improve future marketing efforts. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Head of Creative and the marketing team. Prepare reports and documentation related to marketing activities and project progress. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure marketing strategies support overall business objectives. Maintain open lines of communication with team members and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment. Skills and Experience Required: Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and CRM systems. A passion for creativity and a results-oriented mind-set. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
