Ways of working: 2 days per week in Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire
The role
You will be tasked with driving the Weetabix category vision, understanding the consumer and putting this into action with the customer. A large part of the role will see you have proactive development and ownership of category partnerships. This is a role for a real category champion who will drive the agenda across both the Weetabix business and retailers.
Who are you?
FMCG category management experience is absolutely essential and you will also require working knowledge of Top 4 grocery. This will suit a candidate that has the ability to lead and engage customers whilst having a genuine interest in the UK retail landscape. A storyteller with a strong understanding of the shopper, consumer and customer landscape is needed alongside an analytical mind.
