Business Development Specialists
We are currently recruiting for a range of exciting opportunities within the London Foodservice sector, specifically focusing on Business Development roles from Business Development through to Business Development Director level.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving growth across our Business & Industry and Workplace catering clients. Whether you're managing client relationships, building new opportunities, or leading a team, your influence will be integral to our success. At all levels, we are looking for driven, energetic professionals with a passion for food innovation and the London dining scene.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Identify and respond to client needs with proactive, solution-oriented approaches.
* Stay on top of food trends, particularly within the London restaurant and dining scene.
* Engage with clients to discuss and present catering service contracts and financials.
* Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets, both individually and as part of a team.
* At Business Development Director level, manage a team to achieve business development goals.
We Are Looking For:
* Excellent communication skills and ability to listen and understand client needs.
* Proactive and solution-focused with a passion for food and food innovation.
* Strong client relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and win trust.
* Experience within a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
* A commercial mindset with the ability to understand contract catering cost models.
* Immaculate presentation and a professional demeanour.
* Proven experience in high-end Business & Industry / Workplace contract catering.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
* A dynamic, energetic, and engaging personality with a natural ability to inspire confidence and trust.
Additional Qualifications for Business Development Director:
* Proven experience in managing teams of 2 or more and driving them to meet sales targets.
