They have nearly 7,000 homes for affordable rent and shared ownership in Wiltshire, Somerset and Bath and North-East Somerset and employ over 300 staff from our offices in Trowbridge and Melksham. The role They're looking for an experienced Solutions Development Manager with excellent Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience to lead their talented development squad, for a fixed term of 12 months. You'll be more than just a manager. You'll be a leader, strategist, and mentor. You'll guide your team as they develop solutions that make a tangible difference to our business, providing technical advice where needed, all while ensuring we're following best practices and delivering top-notch quality. This is an exciting and varied role. You and your team will be breaking ground on new transformational projects, working from user stories to build out bespoke solutions from scratch. Youll have the autonomy and freedom to approach problems how you see fit, as well as influence when it comes to strategic business decisions, communicating regularly with stakeholders across the company. Youll also be able to spread your time between the home and the office, with the team generally getting together in person at least once a week. What are our client looking for? Extensive experience with MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse), including managing solutions across multiple environments Significant experience in a low code or traditional development role working with Microsoft technologies. Knowledge of Azure DevOps A strong understanding of source and version control Understanding of Microsoft data migration technologiesis preferable Experience leading or managing multi-disciplinary teams and managing stakeholders Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, able to empathise and develop relationships. Experience working in an Agile environment Whilst it is not essential, previous experience with Social Housing will be a big bonus Why join our client?
