Change Recruitment are currently partnered with a growing legal firm based in Central Edinburgh for the recruitment of various Cashroom Assistant positions to join their team. This are fantastic opportunities to join a dynamic team, on a full time or part time basis (21 hours a week).
Reporting to the Cashroom Manager, the roles will be responsible for a variety of duties. These will include:
* Bank reconciliations
* Credit control
* Processing and recording financial transactions
* Processing purchase ledger invoices
* Providing support to the legal team with financial queries
* Maintaining records and filing systems
* Ad hoc admin tasks
What you'll bring:
* Previous experience working within a cashroom or finance assistant role essential
* Previous exposure within professional services desired
* Proactive individual able to work towards deadlines
* Strong communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Numerical skills and attention to detail
Salary banding up to £31'000 DOE (to be pro rata if role is on a part time basis), plus excellent benefits and hybrid working week.
