Salary: £40,000 + depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting HR Transformation projects and the HR Modernisation journey by implementing strategic changes, enhancing HR processes, supporting all shared services employees to ensure successful adoption and engagement.
* Providing operational advice on a wide range of people issues, including employee relations and organisational matters.
* Assisting HR Business Partners in delivering tailored people solutions that align with business goals, driving operational excellence by ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, efficient HR services.
* Support business leaders with strategic HR guidance by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and synergy across shared services through enterprise-wide knowledge-sharing initiatives and driving impactful decisions and initiatives.
Your skills and experiences:
* Broad generalist HR experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven experience of collaborating with senior business leaders, providing strategic input and advice.
* Proficient in HR data analysis, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights.
* Expertise in assessing change impact and implementing change effectively across the organisation.
* Experience in supporting or leading transformational projects.
* A degree in Human Resources / associate membership of the CIPD or working towards would be advantageous.
