We are looking for an enthusiastic F&B Service Expert (Waiter/Waitress) wanting to deliver first-class restaurant experience at the world leading hospitality company Portsmouth Marriott Hotel. Located near famous landmarks such as the Spinnaker Tower, it has a range of amenities including: Cast Iron Bar & Grill, our signature restaurant and fitness centre.

As the F&B Service Expert (Waiter/Waitress) you will…
1. Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables
2. Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed
3. Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
4. Record transactions in the MICROS system correctly and timely
5. Check-in with guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage
6. Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies
