The Business: Having established themselves over 30 years ago, our client has fully established themselves within their sector, home to an eclectic mix of artists that are both known globally and that are also bursting onto the music scene. With an extremely strong balance sheet helping to facilitate their next growth phase, this is a business with really exciting and ambitious plans over the next 3 - 5 years. Described as a boutique live music agency representing a diverse range of talent, our client also specialise in live concerts and festivals, music promotion and corporate events. As such, it is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with a real love of the music industry, keen to forge a career in finance within the space. Based in a collaborative office space in London, the team have retained a tight knit, family feel to the organisation since inception. With socials and exciting gigs regularly attended by the whole team, this is perfect for candidates that want to really feel part of a team. The Role: Reporting into a fantastic Head of Finance who is extremely keen for this role to transition into a Management Accountant role in line with the businesses growth, this opportunity will involve a varied mixture of AP and AR responsibilities, while also gaining exposure to more senior level duties further down the line. Duties: Reconcile AP and AR ledgers Assist with FP&A preparation Raising invoices for income collection Paying suppliers in a timely manner Bank reconciliations General day to day bookkeeping duties Liaise with promoters and artists during events Month end and budget preparation assistance Ad hoc duties to support finance function What we need to see (essential): Ambitious and keen to grow within finance Passion for the music industry What we need to see (bonus): 6 - 12 months finance experience Bank reconciliation experience Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 study support industry perks Location: London (3 days in office / 2 days from home) If this is of interest, please get in touch at or apply online.
