Your duties will include:
1. You will be the first point of contact for general HR queries, and be responsible for keeping employee records updated
2. You be be leading on reporting monthly on headcount reports, and other reports as needed
3. You will be assisting with the recruitment, from interview scheduling, to reference checking, to issuing employment contracts
4. You will be responsible for all right to work and onboarding new hires
5. You will supporting the annual variable pay and annual salary review processes, as well as the annual performance management process
