Maternity Cover, 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (Norwich)

The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for maternity cover within our busy Business Support team at our Norwich office. The role is initially for 12 months; however, continued business growth could lead to a permanent position. This role is to provide efficient administrative services as part of the business’s daily operations. This position will be office-based.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Sorting, filing, and delivering post;
* Manage diaries and calendars;
* Answer phones and directing client queries;
* Greet clients on arrival when required;
* Provide support for a wide range of meetings;
* Deliver excellent customer service to clients and team members alike as the central hub for all general enquiries and business support at the firm;
* Support other members of the Business Support team as required;
* Support the team and firm in other relevant administrative tasks as and when required;
* Manage our client database while handling confidential client data correctly and securely;
* Collate Anti-Money Laundering (AML) information;
* Ensure correct and careful filing of ID for AML purposes;
* Create and maintain new client records;
* Carry out a variety of administrative tasks related to the management of client accounts;
* Maintain internal control spreadsheets;
* Assist with the administration of various reports;
* Assist with/progress Tax Investigation Service claims;
* Assist with the administration of large mailings;
* Draft, edit, and send formal letters by post, email and OneClick;
* Amend and approve letters in the CCH document inbox;
* Send bills to clients;
* Process card payments from clients;
* Assist various Partners of the Firm on an ad-hoc basis.
The Candidate
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Proven experience in a similar role;
* Competent individual who can work on their initiative with an approachable demeanour and positive attitude;
* Although not essential, proven experience within professional services would be desirable.
