A BAM apprenticeship is a full time earn and learn position, where you will be involved in delivering multi million pound projects. Leaving a lasting legacy and positive change in our communities.\n\nOur graduate apprenticeship is a 4 year programme where you will start in either year 1 or 2 of the degree depending on your current qualifications. Our apprentices attend different Universities across Scotland for either day release or block programmes. Our construction works cover a range of different sectors and apprentices are based within a variety of different teams working on a wide range of projects, so the type of roles that we have are really varied and interesting. From day one on site you will be with an experienced team of professionals, supporting you to learn and grow your career as a BAM apprentice.\n\nConstruction managers are the construction professionals who make up our site management team. Our construction management apprentices work predominantly on site, supporting the delivery of projects. On a daily basis, our construction management apprentices will:\nliaise with clients and manage subcontractors\nmanage quality\nmanage the supply of materials and labour\nhelp to ensure that projects are delivered safely and on time Academic Requirements: \n\n4 x Highers Including Maths (minimum of BBBB) \nHNC equivalent in relevant discipline \n\nWho are we looking for?\n \nWe are looking for candidates with a desire to develop a career in the construction industry, with the following skills and behaviours:\n\nDisciplined and able to manage degree level study and a busy job role\nHighly numerate with an attention to detail\nAble to adapt when priorities change\nHappy to work on site and travel as and when required\nPunctual, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work\nStrong communication skills\n\nAdditional Requirements\nDue to the project nature of our business, Apprentices must be willing to travel and stay away from home when necessary\nAs some of our projects are in remote areas, we also require all applicants to hold or be working towards gaining a full UK driving license before September 2025
