Job Title: Personal Assistant to Director Part time ongoing Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-2pm £13-£13.50 per hour Location: Northampton Interaction recruitment are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our clients Director in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of the office. Key Responsibilities: · Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director. · Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate. · Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. · Organize and maintain office files and records. · Perform other duties as assigned.
