You will play a key role in managing project administration, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and coordinating various operational activities. Person specification Essential Skills & Experience Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks. Proactive and confident decision-maker, able to adapt quickly to changing situations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polite but firm approach when necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Understanding of privacy and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Desirable Skills & Experience Experience using technical helpdesk or engineer management systems (e.g., SSG’s CASH system) for procurement, call logging, quotations, and sales enquiries.
