Key responsibilities will include: Provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders on employee relations and employment law issues. Develop and implement employee relations policies that comply with legal requirements and best practices. Upskill the HR business partners and HR advisors on employee relations matters. Lead and support complex investigations, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations. Advise on high-risk cases and mitigate potential legal risks related to ER matters. The successful candidate will ideally have: CIPD Level 7 Qualification and a Law Degree would be highly desirable. Post qualification experience in UK employment law, ideally in an in-house Employee Relations role. Proven ability to navigate complex and ambiguous environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build robust relationships with stakeholders. Strong understanding of European employment law would also be desirable.
