A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the small accommodation housekeeping team, responsible for cleaning the doctor and nurses residential accommodation on the Conquest Hospital site
Hours of post: Monday to Friday 1030 to 1500 some flexibility could be possible.
1. Cleaning of all communal areas within staff accommodation which include kitchens and bathrooms, lounge and hallway/stairwells.
2. Making beds when residents vacate or there is a room changeover.
3. To clean all furniture and fittings, including skirting’s’, radiators, carpets etc.
4. Removal and disposal of refuse, replenish disposal bags, paper towels, toilet rolls.
5. Collecting and bagging up used linen.
6. To undertake specialist/isolation cleans as necessary following Control of Infection Policy.
7. Maintaining cleaning equipment in a good condition.
8. To observe Health & Safety procedures as laid down in hospital policy.
9. To maintain the highest possible standard of hygiene and safety within area of work following department guidelines.
10. Any other duties as required.
