Harper Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting a dynamic Area Manager to oversee the Manchester and Liverpool Region for a growing student lettings company.
What will the role involve?
1. Managing lettings administration processes, KPI targets, the marketing of portfolios, legal notices & asset management
2. Responsible for recruiting, training & developing team members
3. Conducting staff reviews, monthly 1-2-1s and appraisals
4. Building and maintaining relationships with landlords & tenants, using networking opportunities to convert landlord & investor leads
5. Reviewing branch KPIs, conducting audits & running compliance reports on branch performances
6. Introducing legislation requirements and HMO licensing to landlords
7. Complaint handling
8. Overseeing compliance within the offices including company vehicle compliance
9. Liaising with teams across the business, working closely with the Marketing Manager and Operations Manager
Who are we looking for?
1. Exceptionally organised individual with the ability to work to their own initiative and uphold a 'can do' attitude
2. Customer Service skills with the ability to maintain relationships at all levels of the company
3. Property Industry experience within lettings (minimum 3 years)
4. ARLA Qualification (preferred)
5. Driving Licence (Essential)
