JGA are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation looking to add a Global Payroll Manager to its team!
Responsibilities include:
Managing the global Payroll team
Defining the payroll vision and strategy - together with senior HR stakeholders
Ensuring an accurate payment to the Employees &/or Retirees
Deploying Payroll policies, projects and procedures
Monitoring key Performance Indicators
Collaborate with the IT HR team to implement new tools
Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure operational consistency
Be an agent for innovation in Payroll and time management
Skills & experience required:
Degree or equivalent in HR, Business Administration or similar field
Relevant work experience in Payroll and payroll transformation
5-10 years’ experience in HR including on Payroll multi-country leadership
Cross-cultural team leadership experience
Experience with top tier payroll providers
Strategic thinking and analytical capability
Technical skills
Ability to work cross-time zones in a globally distributed team environment
Change management and capability to embark people into change
Excellent Communication skills, verbal and written
Customer service orientation
