What You’ll Do 10 hours per week, performing cleaning duties at our Cambus site Hold practical training sessions on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols with team members across local sites Create a positive, supportive learning environment for team members Collaborate with team members to motivate and inspire a spotless environment Work closely with the management team to feedback training needs and development opportunities What You Bring Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and products with a strong cleaning background A team player, with excellent communication skills Flexibility to travel to various locations within a 15 mile radius (Own mode of transport required) Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety What We Offer Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
