Our client is looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience in manual calculation of UK Gender Pay Gap reporting. The role will focus on supporting our Gender Pay Gap reporting process by refining raw payroll data into a structured format suitable for accurate calculations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Preparation: Process payroll reports for the Neo UK organisation, transforming raw data into a format compatible with UK Gender Pay Gap reporting requirements.
* Data Analysis: Manually calculate and verify UK Gender Pay Gap figures in accordance with reporting standards.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Payroll Expertise: Prior experience in payroll, with specific knowledge of gender pay gap reporting processes.
* Data Accuracy: Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of calculations and data formatting.
* Excel Proficiency: Confident in using basic to intermediate Excel formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF statements, and pivot tables). Advanced Excel skills (such as macros) are not required.
* Numerical Ability: Strong numeracy skills with the ability to manage large datasets accurately.
