As Early Years Deputy Manager of our setting, you will be an outstanding and inspiring practitioner. You will have the confidence to lead your team, displaying a high level of motivation, a flexible enthusiastic approach, and good communication skills.
You will have the ability to manage a nursery in the manager's absence, which will continue to develop and change in order to meet the needs of the community. You must be able to provide exceptional early years care in a safe, nurturing, and fulfilling environment whilst inspiring children to unlock their full potential through key skills and values which will establish them as gifted citizens of the world.
The role of Early Years Deputy Manager is to provide professional leadership, compliance with regulatory requirements, and to ensure the setting delivers the highest standards of care and education.

You must have a minimum of Level 3 qualification specific to Early Years as defined by the Department for Education.
The post is full-time, Monday to Friday, all year round working shifts between 8.00-5.45, and you will be paid for 5.6 weeks holiday, including Bank Holidays.
Ladybird Children's Nursery - Blyth is set in Briadale House, Blyth. The beautiful garden features an amazing play area designed to encourage open-ended adventures and managed risky play as well as access to the local parks. Ladybird, Blyth is registered for 36 children aged 0-5 years so there are lots of career opportunities for new and existing team members. There is car parking available for staff, and the nursery is on a bus route.
