Overview
Indigo Swan are a multi-award winning energy consultancy on the hunt for a data-loving, error-spotting whiz, to join our friendly team as a Data Executive. With your meticulous eye and inquisitive nature, you will play an integral role in managing client accounts, ensuring all contracts we arrange are thoroughly checked for accuracy and that client energy bills are correct.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday based at our central Norwich office. Our opening hours are 0800-1730, and you should complete 37.5 hours a week between these times.
What You’ll Do
* Check client energy contracts for accuracy and identify all potential errors.
* Check and validate client energy bills, liaising with both clients and suppliers on any anomalies.
* Input and submit meter reads to energy suppliers.
* Confirm client energy usage data with energy suppliers via phone, email or online portals.
* Format group billing data on Excel for upload into CRM.
* Deliver customer support, ensuring deadlines and internal requirements are met.
* Champion our values and promote Indigo Swan as a professional organisation at all times.
* Assist with keeping our database up to date.
Who You Are
* A lover of all things data with a keen eye for detail, a talent for spotting errors, and an inquisitive approach.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
* Communication skills and a confident telephone manner - experience of speaking to clients is advantageous.
* Strong IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
* A friendly and professional nature, matched with a sense of humour and a can-do attitude to fit into our company culture.
* Energy industry experience is not essential as full training will be given; however, a desire to learn about the sector and wish to progress their career in an interesting but challenging industry is a must.
