Job summary We are an established GP Surgery in West Swindon. The position would especially suit an applicant with previous experience in a primary care setting with an interest in maintaining excellent patient relationships. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work in a pressured environment of a busy practice. The role is for 38 hours per week, working over 5 days (Monday - Friday) - weekends and bank holidays off. The shift pattern will alternate every three weeks between an early week and a later start week, for example: Week 1: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:00 Week 2: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:00 Week 3: Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 6:00 The occasional 7AM start/6:30PM finish will be required.
