About the Role Were looking for dedicated Group Operations Executives to drive our growth across several key markets. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in creating memorable, tailored packages for groups visiting London, Scotland, and the South of England. Required Language Proficiency NATIVE SPANISH Key Responsibilities Client Engagement: Handle group enquiries from travel agencies across SPAIN Daily. Supplier Coordination: Liaise with hotels, transport providers, restaurants, and event organisers to negotiate the best rates and secure availability. Booking and Organisation: Manage bookings for accommodation, transport, guided tours, entrance fees, and restaurants, ensuring every detail is accounted for. Itinerary Preparation: Develop bespoke itineraries and tour programmes, with an emphasis on high quality and customer satisfaction. Administrative Support: Issue invoices, handle rooming lists, prepare vouchers, and maintain agency and supplier contacts. Tailored Tour Packages: Organise custom tours for London and the UK, calculating costs and profits quickly to provide accurate quotes. What You Bring A keen understanding of the travel and hospitality sector, particularly within a travel agency or tour operator setting. Fluency in English and SPANISH Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email management. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to perform under pressure, with a talent for quick, accurate cost calculations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly within a motivated, team-driven environment. Benefits Hours: 100% OFICE BASED.
