Permanent, full time position (47.5 hours)

As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering on-site projects to a safe, compliant, and high standard, adhering to site-specific risk assessments to ensure that identified risks are briefed to the team and any visitors on site.
If you have experience in all aspects of installing deep drainage, manhole construction, concreting, block laying, kerbing, etc., then this could be the role for you!
There will be heavy lifting and lots of physical work, so you will need to be willing to get stuck in!
You will report to the Supervisor and shall be directly responsible for the Operatives and ensuring the safety of any visitors to the site.
Experience and Qualifications:
* CSCS Card
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Proven experience in a leadership role within the utilities or energy industry, with a strong understanding of utility operations and regulatory requirements.
* EUSR SHEA (Water - multi-utility as required).
* SWQR Operative Certificate, Units 001-007 & 009.
* Emergency First Aid at Work Level 2 (minimum)
