Treasury & Payments Systems Analyst
***This is a systems role, experience of maintaining and supporting financial application systems is essential.***
We're looking for an experienced Treasury & Payment Systems Analyst to take a hands-on role in supporting the Treasury and Payments Systems within our IT function.
Our Finance Systems are at the heart of the operational processes of our client group entities and key to the financial performance of our parent company MS&AD.
Working for the Product Owner for these key systems, you will be providing professional and experienced support both operationally and for change demand arising to be undertaken both internally and with our managed service providers.

What you will spend your time doing:
While there is rarely a 'typical' day as a Treasury & Payments System Analyst, here's a snapshot of some of the key parts of the job:
1. Triage, prioritise and resolve support demands arising.
2. Review and implement system improvements and changes required.
3. Provide support resources for project activities as required.
4. Work closely with IT/MSP teams supporting (up & down-stream) integrated systems.
5. Work with vendors and material outsource partners.
6. Monitor systems performance and react quickly to rectify issues.
7. Ensure IT standards are observed and exceptions/risks are recorded and monitored.
8. Comply with and assess financial and process audits & controls.
9. Contribute to change to systems, processes and controls.

What you will need:
1. Experience of working within a finance function, ideally in a Treasury or Cash Management capacity.
2. At least 1 year of experience of FIS Global Integrity Treasury Management System.
3. Knowledge of Database and file format exchange technologies.
4. Exposure to data interrogation and reporting solutions/business intelligence tools.
5. Experience of managing ETL processes and data interface processes.
6. Knowledge of data protection and data security procedures.
7. Capable of working within ITIL service framework, preferably with ServiceNow experience.
