CMA is delighted to be working with a fantastic professional services company in the heart of Basingstoke, Hampshire. You will be joining a market leading business in their field and will be working within their modern Basingstoke office for 3 days per week with the option of the other 2 days working remotely.
Within this role you’ll be supporting the wider business by accurately managing the day to day of the Purchase and Sales ledger.
What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?
* Setting up new supplier forms and maintaining existing clients;
* Posting invoices on both sales and purchase ledger;
* Issuing monthly customer invoices;
* Assisting with monthly finance reports;
* Checking bank accounts and running credit checks.
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
* Previous experience within a similar finance role;
* Good Microsoft package knowledge;
* Enthusiastic with a positive attitude and willing to learn.
