We are looking for a Customer Services Specialist to join our Service team.
In this role, you will manage technical and product-related enquiries, accurately log instrument faults using the MS Dynamics Service platform, and coordinate with partner suppliers to support service delivery—including preventative maintenance, consumables ordering, and administrative tasks. A key part of your responsibilities will be to monitor service supplier performance against customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), escalating issues when needed to ensure contract obligations are consistently met.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Respond to inbound customer calls via the dedicated MSC and Urinalysis hotline
* Manage and resolve mailbox enquiries
* Log faults accurately in MS Dynamics Service Platform for both Sysmex and partner supplier equipment
* Coordinate with partner suppliers on Urinalysis support, including technical fault logging, maintenance data and shipping of parts for engineer visits
* Gather and update case data in MS Dynamics CRM for partner supplier equipment
* Create and deliver performance reports for account managers
Essential requirements for this role
* Comprehensive skills in Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office Suite
* Minimum 2 years experience of working in a customer service environment working towards KPI targets
* KPI report writing experience for customer accounts
* Experience in dealing with escalations to different stakeholders
The successful applicant will be based in Milton Keynes or surrounding areas.
