Job Title: Technical Services Analyst
Job Summary:
The Technical Services Analyst will be responsible for managing the day-to-day internal IT systems of Centrality. This role involves a wide range of tasks, including system administration, network management, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain internal IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications
* Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
* Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT systems
* Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure Centrality remains competitive
Requirements:
* Strong technical skills, including system administration and network management
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Hours:
40 hours per week, with most work carried out during normal working hours. However, there may be times when out-of-hours work is required.
