You will provide industry-leading support to distributors, customers, and end users regarding all aspects of their product range. This will include providing a dynamic phone, live web chat, and email support service.
To be successful in the role, you should have solid working experience with all vehicle systems and a passion for the automotive sector, including new and exciting technology. Ideally, you will be familiar with diagnostic systems and have a logical thought process when it comes to problem-solving.
In return, the company will provide you with a salary of GBP30,000 - GBP36,000, a bonus, an additional 6% employer pension contributions (max 9%), hybrid working, and 25 days of holidays.
Responsibilities:
* Provide customer support via telephone
* Support resolution of technical queries utilizing resources available
* Answer/Redirect web form submissions
* Create required reporting in line with business requirements to improve the process
* Assist with Technical Articles
* Assist with trade shows/customer events
* Support Warranty process
* Diagnostic tool support via team viewer
* Diagnostic tool commissioning / Exchange units
* Follow up leads with the sales team and support sales opportunities where required (Including Software Renewal)
