Siamo is looking for a Stock Coordinator / Spares and Service Administrator!
My client provides machinery to the plastics industry, specializing in injection moulding machines and associated ancillary equipment. Established in 2008, they have steadily increased their equipment and servicing offering to their client base and are now looking for an adaptable candidate to join the business and contribute to their aim of improving customer interaction and support.

This is a varied role which is central. It requires versatility and a wide range of skills; it will offer the opportunity for natural growth and skill enhancement. The successful applicant will handle all simple spare part transactions and the customers' servicing requirements.
You will be required to be interviewed in a 2 stage process, 1 with Siamo and the 2nd with the client.
What is offered to a Stock Coordinator / Spares and Service Administrator:

2. 5% Commission on spare part sales
3. Monday to Friday
4. 09:00am - 17:00pm
5. 30 Minute unpaid break
6. Private Medical Insurance
7. 25 days holiday per annum
8. Wellingborough location
Daily Duties of a Stock Coordinator / Spares and Service Administrator:
1. Handling goods in/out department
2. Identifying parts and cross labelling
3. Putting stock into warehouse locations
4. Photographing spare parts for the website
5. Adding/editing website listings via our own website and eBay
6. Order processing, raising invoices
7. Picking and packing of the parts
8. Booking of dispatch
9. Communicating with customers on deliveries
10. Replenishing stock
11. Inventory management
12. Inviting customers for annual service visits
13. Creating quotations
14. Booking/scheduling visits in the schedule
15. Sending service reports, calibration certificates, and invoices
16. Follow up on remedial service quotes
17. Dispatch of spare parts if required
Key Requirements and Essential Skills of a Stock Coordinator / Spares and Service Administrator:
1. Competent in Microsoft Office suite of applications, e.g. Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word
2. Experience in an administration role
3. Experience in managing stock, picking/packing
4. The role has a physical element which includes lifting items up to 10kg and going up/down ladders
5. Successful applicant will be expected to communicate with business owners on a regular basis; a confident and friendly telephone manner is essential
6. Must have an excellent attention to detail
7. Ability to prioritize workload
8. Willingness to learn
