Job Duties:
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons to a class of students
* Assess and record students' progress, providing feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans and educational activities
* Participate in meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Relevant degree in Education or related field
* Knowledge of the national curriculum and education policies
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
* Experience teaching in a classroom setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
* Effective classroom management skills
* ECT applications would be considered
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate certificate in Education (PGCE)
* Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students
* Additional subject-specific qualifications or training
Working Conditions:
* Work in a school setting with regular classroom hours
* Interact with students, parents, and colleagues on a daily basis
* Possibility of participating in extracurricular activities or school events

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
