Role Description
We are looking for a Retail Sales Manager to work full time onsite. This role involves managing profitability and financial administration for KIA vehicle sales, ensuring targets for new car sales and finance income are met within company guidelines. You will oversee the Retention strategy, maintain accurate records in the CRM Portal, and ensure the enquiry management process is followed. Additionally, you will be responsible for profit margins on vehicle sales while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and FCA guidelines.
Skills
* Experience with financial packages, accessories, and insurance products
* Strong customer service, communication, and administrative skills
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Comfortable communicating with Senior Management
* IT proficiency, including Drive and Word
* Ability to work weekends and bank holidays
