About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Commissioning and Partnerships team for an experienced Customer First Business Manager. The core functions of the role are to: Lead the Customer First (complaints and compliments) team for children s services, ensuring complaints are handled effectively and in line with the statutory guidance. Provide line management to the Commissioning Support Team Manager To have strategic responsibility for the commercial pipeline of procurement for children s services. To ensure there are robust performance and outcome monitoring processes across the service To support with the development of service and corporate business plans. About you If you have an excellent eye for detail, and are able to confidently lead complex programmes of work we want to hear from you You may have experience of a similar role or you may have transferable technical skills and strong record of delivering outcomes.
