Job Title: Print Management Account Executive
There is an exciting new opening in a Print Management company which differs from all competitors. They specialise in servicing the high end of the financial markets, along with publishing, marketing and charity sectors, and pride themselves in providing high quality, flexible, innovative print services using the latest technologies in an environmentally responsible manner.
An integral and pro-active member of the sales department, the role of Account Executive will be to provide support and back-up for your designated account team. Supporting the management of a portfolio of customer accounts led by the Account Manager, you will ensure all customers receive a consistently superior level of customer service. Working in conjunction with your account team, you will develop a thorough understanding of customers’ needs to ensure requirements are met and they receive the customer service as detailed in their specific Service Level Agreement. We are looking for someone who works with high efficiency and responds to customer and supplier queries in a timely manner. Receiving quote requests from the customer and providing accurate and detailed responses will also be expected to be carried out within the target response time.
You must be on the ball, continuously confirming, monitoring and progressing chase orders to ensure all work is delivered within schedule, budget and quality standards. You will ensure customers' stock stored and produced is proactively monitored and stock levels are maintained. Organisation will be key – managing the production board for your account team, ensuring it is always up to date and contains the correct information.
The Account Executive role needs a creatively minded individual with a keen eye for detail. Your role will include managing website imagery for your account team and managing artwork and proof submission and approval between the supplier and the client.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 3 years of working within the print industry. Experience of Direct Mail would be desirable but not essential.
