Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service user. By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a teenage girl in Milton Keynes.
She is a bright and happy girl who loves spending time with her family and friends. She likes attending school and especially enjoys taking part in P.E and being the helper in her class! She also enjoys playing on her iPad, singing and solving puzzles. She relies entirely on her care team for mobility and uses a wheelchair to assist with movement, which she can use independently.
Your role? To provide specialist care during the night, carrying out regular observations and repositioning, managing her clinical interventions, and creating a calm environment to ensure a restful night's sleep. This isn't just a job – it's a chance to have a significant impact on the lives of others.
Pay Rates
* £13.50 - £15.00 per hour
* Approx. £135.00 - £150.00 (per 10-hour night shift)
Shifts Available
* Part Time Nights
* 10 Hour Shifts
Essential Experience
* 3 months previous care experience
* Medication administration
* Personal care
* Moving and handling
* Clear Communication Skills
* Pet Friendly
