Senior Administrator – Wealth Management
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (DoE)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional and experienced Senior Administrator to work within a highly successful St. James’s Place Partner Practice. You will play a key role in the fast-paced team, providing a high level of technical and administrative support to Advisors while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to Clients of the Practice. This business is well established and highly successful with a diverse Client base, including professional individuals and families, business owners, and private clients.
The Role: Senior Administrator - Wealth Management
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Taking the lead on complex cases, providing a high level of technical and administrative support
* Managing the client review meeting process and responding to client emails while managing the CRM system (Salesforce)
* Supporting Clients / Advisers by liaising with clients and third parties, dealing with new business enquiries, and following up with providers for funds and information
* Preparing for Client Financial Reviews, collating key data, preparing relevant Illustrations, projections and valuations, including any compliance documentation
* Submitting and progressing post review actions such as fund switches, withdrawals, drawdowns, and changes to contribution portfolios
* Tracking the Business Pipeline, providing regular updates to both Clients and Advisers, ensuring seamless communication and transparency
* Liaising with internal administration teams to raise and resolve any client queries effectively
* Issuing and following up on Letters of Authority with clients and third parties
* Managing the database of clients and diary management for the Advisers

Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this role you will need:
* Proven work experience as an Administrator within Wealth Management, preferably St. James's Place
* Excellent customer service and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and think on your feet
* Good time management and planning skills
* Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Programs
* It is essential that you are confident in dealing with clients and can work with total discretion.
