Holmes Indexer – Major Crime Investigation Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting for a Holmes Indexer to support a large-scale investigation within a UK Police Force. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of a Major Incident Room, ensuring critical information is accurately recorded and managed. Location: Worthing, West Sussex Rate: £18.38 Contract: Full-time, 37 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Register and index documents into the HOLMES database Ensure all data is accurately recorded, managed, and retrieved in line with Major Incident Room procedures Raise and result actions to support the Senior Investigating Officer (SIO) Identify and escalate key information and inconsistencies within case files Support Exhibits and Disclosure Officers with administrative tasksRequirements: Previous experience working in a Major Incident Room (MIR) or using HOLMES Strong analytical and organisational skills Ability to interpret and manage sensitive data accurately Knowledge of Major Incident Room Standardised Administrative Procedures (MIRSAP) is desirableThis is a crucial role in supporting a major police investigation.
