The Opportunity
Are you a proactive, commercially-minded professional with a passion for relationship management and strategic account growth? We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join a dynamic, high-performing team in a rapidly growing organisation. What You'll Be Doing
1. Managing and developing key client accounts, ensuring strong, long-term relationships.
2. Working closely with procurement teams to identify sourcing opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
3. Acting as a trusted advisor, offering consultative support and product expertise.
4. Conducting regular client meetings to understand their evolving needs and ensure smooth service delivery.
5. Collaborating with internal teams, including customer service and supply chain, to guarantee timely product delivery.
6. Identifying growth opportunities within accounts, improving profitability, and enhancing service offerings.
7. Occasionally visiting client sites, including cruise ships, to strengthen relationships and oversee project execution.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
1. Experience in account management, building and nurturing relationships within a B2B setting.
2. Professional, friendly demeanour.
3. Knowledge of procurement or supply chain - experience working closely with procurement teams and updating clients accordingly.
4. A commercially astute mindset with the ability to negotiate and influence.
5. Strong relationship-building skills, able to liaise confidently with senior stakeholders.
6. Highly organised with a problem-solving approach and an eye for detail.
7. Experience selling into hospitality, leisure, retail, or FMCG industries is desirable but not essential.
