Job Summary Tracerco is a leading Industrial Technology firm, providing detection diagnostic and measurement solutions. We are currently looking to hire a Customer Service Data Analyst on a temporary basis. It is a strategic role within the MI business, supporting the interim Commercial Director and Global commercial teams to finalise the strategy for Profiler Lifetime Service Packages. Responsibilities Work closely with the global Commercial team to help update all relevant data to finalise the Profiler Lifetime Service Package strategy. Ensure all relevant product/operational/customer data on existing profiler assets installed globally is updated. Ensure the data is presented in user friendly dashboards to enable the commercial teams to hunt all potential profiler upgrade opportunities. Take on any other duties which are within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed. Skills Proficiency in use of IT Programs (Microsoft, Sharepoint, Power BI) Experience of resolving customer problems and customer interaction Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with both internal team members, other departments and customers Ability to work under pressure and capable of handling a number of tasks simultaneously and prioritising accordingly.
